The goal of our training and coaching program at COACHING iNSIGHTS is to create a Coaching Culture for companies, SMEs and nonprofit organizations.

We will explore some of the elements to consider when bringing coaching into an organization, with the intent to create a ‘coaching culture’.

There is a strong business case for a coaching culture

In multiple arenas around the globe, the term ‘coaching culture’ is being defined as an important transformation that organizations, groups and communities need to make in order to manage change successfully in today’s world.

More and more businesses are becoming attentive to this emergent phenomenon. Questions emerge as to why this particular form of communication will make a difference to the success or a business or enterprise. Even more, leaders are defining the coaching culture and the impact it will have on individuals, teams and the entire company.
