MSCEIT2 Emotional Intelligence Certification
Become certified to administer and interpret the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT 2.0). Certification is available online, in-person or in-house.

Reports are designed with clear instructions, with a Client report and Coach report to guide the debrief.

- Individual MSCEIT test and 1:1 debrief with a certified executive coach prior to the session.
- Comprehensive online e-learning modules (pre-work).
- Two (1/2 days), or 1 full day instructor-led virtual learning.
- Copies of all curriculum and supplemental materials on the private LOGIN section of our website.
- Free Talent Assessment Portal (TAP) account with MHS to administer MSCEIT tests.
- MSCEIT Technical Manual and online modules
- Continuing education credits with the International Coaching Federation [6.75 core, 3.75 resource], Canadian and American Psychological Associations [11 credits].
Your facilitators:
Your facilitators are the co-founders of eiADVANTAGE, Janice Gair and/or Hayley Hesseln. Janice and Hayley are Master Trainers in Emotional Intelligence, bringing deep expertise and years of experience in coaching, leadership development, and organizational transformation. They are skilled at translating the science of emotional intelligence into practical tools that help individuals, teams, and leaders enhance self-awareness, resilience, and interpersonal effectiveness.
