EQ Connections™ Delivered!

Date:  February 9 and 10, 2021  (11 am – 2 pm each day)  *All times indicated are Eastern (EST).

This is an ideal event for individuals looking to deepen their understanding of emotional intelligence.   Or, for trainers who have recently purchased EQ Connections™ and want to experience its delivery by lead author, Hayley Hesseln. This program provides participants with an expanded understanding how to further develop emotional intelligence skills in themselves, others and the workplace. For trainers, it will give you first-hand experience how to deliver the materials in a seamless and professional manner. The training will deliver the 6 slide decks, that include 16 components of emotional intelligence based on the trusted EQ-i2.0 assessment.  The sub-scales will be described and includes proven, evidence-based strategies to enhance emotional intelligence.

To allow for a comfortable learning environment where questions are welcomed, enrollment is capped at 10 participants.
