C-Suite Leadership

Good leaders are always course correcting. C-Suite leaders need the ability to align personal and corporate values by enhancing cultural awareness and clarity.

In this program, leaders will explore strategies to inspire others, encourage and promote responsibility and accountability, enhance communication to employees and external clients, and articulate their vision to promote growth and innovation.

The program is delivered in two ½ day virtual sessions customized for organizations.  An optional add-on for executive coaching is available for participants.
